Looking for direct support professional/Caregiver staff for a group home.

Qualifications:

• Pass Level 2 Background Check
• Eligible to work in the US
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience required

Responsibilities:

The job includes but is not limited to:

~Providing direct care services to adults with cognitive disabilities by supervising, monitoring, guiding and provide life skill training.

~Take residents out into the community.

~Light cleaning, cooking, assisting client with administration of medication, assist with hygiene, documentation, guiding residents in the day-to-day activities.

~Follows all policies and procedures as outlined by the agency.

~Participate in client plan of care.

~Documents all client related activities in a timely manner.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
